I don’t remember how old I was when I completely wrecked a Windows XP installation by deleting random files and compressing the hard drive to make room for a Sims expansion pack. I spent an entire summer trying to fix it. In the end, I never got Windows working properly again, and I definitely never got to play that game about buying an overpriced toilet.
I still wonder how operating systems back then were so easy to break in such spectacular ways.
Eventually, I learned that not knowing how to build something, or how to fix it when it breaks, isn’t a reason not to start.
My most recent work has been part of high-impact sites, brought to life as a Senior Software Engineer at LFL.
You can follow what I’m up to lately on my now page, or just browse around the site where I share things I think are worth putting out there.
